Situated on the
banks of River Godavari at 160 kms from Hyderbad. This
is the only temple for Goddess Gyana Saraswati in South
India. The idol of the goddess is said to have been installed
by the great sage 'Vedavyas' who also wrote epic Mahabharatha.
