conducted & Packaged Tour:

APTDC has given high priority to the second most important aspects in tourism development - providing convenient conducted tours. Major expansion & revamping of the Transport Wing of the Corporation over the past three years have given a major thrust in this area.

At present 63 hi-tech coaches, 29 world famous Volvo coaches, 8 air-conditioned hi-tech coaches, 4 semi-sleepers, 11 mini vehicles, 1 vintage coach & 10 Qualis are being operated for Conducted & Packaged Tours from 8 centres of Andhra Pradesh. As many as 54 Tour Circuits covered by the Corporation encompass all major pilgrim centres, nature spots, leisure places, hills & valleys in Andhra Pradesh.

The transport fleet has a wide mix of vehicles ranging from Volvo A/C coaches, semi sleepers and hi-tech coaches, to a vintage coach, mini vehicles and Qualis MUVs. This augmented fleet has helped the Corporation introduce new tours and tour packages.

Other State Package Tour:

The tour starting from other than Andhra pradesh districts comes under Other State Packaged Tours. The visitors from other states come to different distination in Andhra Pradesh. Most of this tour are provided with accommodation.

Chartered Services:

APTDC can plan & organise leisure time activities for groups, both corporate & individual. For instance, employees from companies, institutions or those attending as delegates (& their spouses) at various conference, boat rides on the launches, even exclusive dinner parties on the boat can be arranged.

General Rules

	The Tour will be operated subject to operational conditions.
	The ticket is not transferable.
	There will be no refund for any unforeseen calamities which may occur during the tour.
	APTDC will not be responsible for any damage or loss of properties of the tourist.
	If a person travels as single person during the tour he/she will be accommodated in a single room during night halts on the purchase of singleroom accommodation ticket.
	Three adults in a family wii be accommodated in one double room by providing only extra mattress even though the third person is in possession of a double room ticket for the tour.
	Fares are exclusive of food charges.
	Covered under L.T.C facility of State\Central Governments.
	Itinerary is subject to change without prior notice.
	Child means between 5 to 12 years.
	Ticket fare applicable as on the date of facility availed.
	In case of any dispute, the decision of the Managing Director is final.
	In case of low occupancy smaller vehicles will be arranged for conducted tours.

Cancellation Rules For Tours - per head

a. 50 % of fare to be deducted in case cancellation is done on or within 24 hours of date of journey.
b. Rs.100/- is deducted in case cancellation is done before 24 hours of date of journey.

Postponement / Preponement

Rs.50/- to be charged for postponement / preponement

Cancellation Charges for Accommodation

a. 20% before 48 hrs.
b. 30% before 24 hrs.
c. 50% within 24 hrs.
d. No refund for cancellation after the event.

Only one postponement/Pre-ponement is permitted before 24 hours subject to availability.

If one postponement/Pre-ponement is availed, no further postmonement/preponement or cancellation will be permitted.

If the booking is made through the agents, cancellation also should be done through that agent only.
