A minimum of 3 years experience in the travel industry
A turnover of 10.00lakhs per annum.
The documents regarding turnover should be produced to
the corporation (Income tax Assessment, Sales tax Returns,
Municipal registration etc.,)
The agreement is for a period of 1year and renewable for
a further period of one year depending upon the satisfactory
performance
The thrust should be on group bookings for Conferences/
Banquets / Events
Minimum size of the group should consist of 10 members.
The group bookings shall be for all services that include
Transportation, Conference facility, Accommodation & Catering.
An amount of Rs.25,000/-(Rs.Twenty five Thousands Only)
is payable towards security deposit which does not carry
any kind of interest and is refundable after the expiry
of the contract.
The agent shall be paid the commission of 20% on the total
billing excluding catering and transportation & 10% on
catering & transportation.
The amount collected should be remitted on the immediate
working day at the cash counter of the Corporation.
The tour operator should collect the amount for the facilities
offered by APTDC as prescribed from time to time.
This agreement is liable for termination on either side
by issue of one-month notice to the other side.
A representative of the tour operator should accompany
the group.
The whole responsibility for organizing the group rests
with the Tour operator.
