a. 20 Kms is charged for every extra hour between 6.00 am to 6.00 pm     (Day) (or) Actual Kilometrege whichever is higher.
b. 15 Kms is charged for every extra hour between 6.00 am to 6.00 pm     (Night) (or) Actual Kilometrege whichever is higher.
c.  Fraction of an hour is treated as full hour for computation of     Kilometerage
d.  A/c Hi - tech and Volvo buses are hired subject to availability.

B. Customised / Structured Tours by A/c Toyota Quails

1.Minimum 4 hrs 40 Kms.600/-, 8 hrs 80 kms.Rs.900/- 10 kms is charged for every extra hour (or) actual kilometerage whichever is higher @ Rs.8.50/-per km.

C. Terms & Conditions for Charter Services

a. The hirer should submit his tour programme in advance.
b. Kilometers will be counted from Garage.
c. The timings will be reckoned from the time the vehicle starts from garage.
d. 20% estimated tour advance extra should be deposited before      commencement of tour.
e. A Reservation fee of Rs.100/- will be collected along with tour advance.
f. No over load will be allowed.
g. If any hire contract is cancelled, the Reservation Fee shall be forfeited in      addition to cancellation charges.
h. The inter state taxes & other taxes if any should be borne by the hirer.
i. The permit fee shall be borne by the hirer.
j. The hirer shall be responsible for guiding the driver on the route.
k. The Corporation does not take responsibility for any delay, damages      caused due to breakdown, accident, mechanical failures etc.
l. Rules of the Corporation are applicable in finalising all hire contracts.
m. Service Tax will be levied on the tariff.
